In their shoes is a project where we put ourselves "in the shoes" of people in need and try to make a change in their life. Since 2015 we have partnered with Passion Asociación a Guatemalan non-profit that fights for children to have an education and nutritious meals every day.
At Nawal we not only employ artisans, we also give workshops to many moms whose children attend Passion, so they are able to work at the school premises while they wait on them. Part of the profits return back to help Passion cover schooling and meals expenses.
